I have qualified as an Expert Witness in the Courts in the states of TEXAS,FLORIDA,NEW MEXICO,MISSISSIPPI,and LOUISIANA. I have also qualified as an Expert Witness in US FEDERAL COURTS ( Miami,FL and Pensacola,FL)
